Andrew Stringer & James Tuccori

When it comes to Federal Retirement, nobody in the country know's it better than FEFA's Founders: Andrew Stringer and James Tuccori.

Andrew Stringer

Founder & President

Andrew began FEFA in 2013 and has been assisting federal employees since that time. He holds an undergraduate degree from Loyola University in International Business and Finance along with a Masters in Finance from Florida International University. Andrew started FEFA with the same mentality that the company still possesses today: Professional but laid back and always striving to provide the best service available.

James Tuccori

Founder & Senior Vice President

James joined Andrew in January of 2014 while still in college at Miami University (OH) where he graduated with degrees in Finance and management. James is not only the youngest person in the federal financial services industry to be a part owner of a firm but is also the youngest person ever invited to the top 150 financial planners event in NYC.

Lucas Wapinsky

Director of Disability Retirement

Lucas was the 3rd member of the team, joining one year after James. Luke was recruited during his last year of college and trained through the fall of 2014 and the Spring of 2015. Luke graduate from Xavier University with degrees in finance and management. Andrew, James, and Joe frequently refer to Lucas as the only person in the industry that they feel knows more about federal retirement than the three of them. This stems from an incredible amount of research Lucas has done since day 1 of joining Team FEFA.

Dirk Stringer

Director of Operations

Dirk Has over 35 years of assisting federal employees with their benefits. He was in the military for 33 of those years and worked in HR for a majority of that time. Dirk has an incredibly impressive resume which consists of being point on the strike team following Hurricane Katrina, Initial officer in charge of the response to Deepwater Horizon, as well as well as retiring after completing his tenure as the Commanding Officer of Coast Guard Headquarters. His expertise in business continuity, coupled with his mastery of military benefit strategy makes him an incredible asset to FEFA and those they work with.

Joe Mcgee

Director of Benefits Strategy

Joe has 15 years experience assisting federal employees with their retirement benefits. Joe graduated from the University of San Diego with degrees in finance and marketing. Joe was an intrical addition to FEFA’s team in January of 2016. Joe brought a lot of industry experience to the table that not only helped FEFA’s operations but also made Andrew and James realize the value of the brand they had created which does not really exist elsewhere in the industry.
